2010 Marketing Specialist, Office Mgr., Jupiter MHC, Jacksonville, FL. Jupiter MHC LLC purchased two mobile home parks in the Jacksonville, FL area with plans to purchase two more - all of which were in dire straits due to extreme neglect. Our team worked night and day to change the unsafe, unsavory atmosphere of these parks into a pleasant, peaceful and secure setting for families to flourish. We began and nurtured a responsible rapport with the surrounding community as well as the local authorities. The design and production of Brochures, Advertisement and Welcome Packages were a substantial part of this project.
Our refurbishment plan was set as a multi-phase project, and within just two short months, we had already met and exceeded many of our original goals. With the cooperation of the local law enforcement, we created a drug-free neighborhood. The next major accomplishment was the blocking of a proposal to introduce a rehabilitation center for convicted felons on the adjoining property.
In just a few more months, we would have homes being purchased and new residents moving in.
